Chocolate Chip Bacon Cookies
  1. PREHEAT oven to 375°F.
  2. FRY bacon until crispy.
  3. DRAIN, crumble and set aside.
  4. CREAM the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar together.
  5. ADD the eggs and vanilla to the wet ingredients. Mix together.
  6. SIFT flour and baking soda into wet ingredients. Stir to combine.
  7. DROP spoonfuls of the batter onto greased cookie sheets.
  8. FLATTEN with fingers and top with an equal sprinkling of chopped Green & Black’s Pure Milk Chocolate Sea Salt and reserved bacon.
  9. BAKE for 10 - 12 minutes, until golden brown.
