Instructions
  1. CUT pita in half.
  2. SPREAD harissa on inside of each half.
  3. STUFF each pita half with feta, mixed greens, black olives and red onion.
  4. HEAT pan on medium-low heat.
  5. PLACE both halves in the pan.
  6. FLIP when pita starts to brown and feta warms (this cheese will not melt entirely).
  7. SERVE and enjoy.
