Dandelion Wine
  1. BRING water to a boil.
  2. ADD dandelion blossoms and let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. REMOVE the blossoms, and let the water cool to just above room temperature.
  4. STIR in the remaining ingredients and pour into a plastic fermentor.
  5. ALLOW the wine to ferment 3-4 days until the bubbles stop.
  6. STRAIN into a glass container and let the wine age for a week, then enjoy!
