, well-rinsed and pesticide-free
.25-oz package of active dry yeast
BRING water to a boil.
ADD dandelion blossoms and let stand for 5 minutes.
REMOVE the blossoms, and let the water cool to just above room temperature.
STIR in the remaining ingredients and pour into a plastic fermentor.
ALLOW the wine to ferment 3-4 days until the bubbles stop.
STRAIN into a glass container and let the wine age for a week, then enjoy!
