1. Scope and notice at collection
This Policy applies to personal information we process when you visit our websites (including contest landing pages), subscribe to email, enter giveaways/contests, interact with ads or analytics, or otherwise use the Services. It does not cover third-party sites linked from the Services (including partner or prize-provider sites), which have their own policies.
Notice at collection (summary). At or before we collect personal information, we intend that you understand:
- Categories we may collect: identifiers (e.g., name, email, IP, cookie/ad IDs); commercial/engagement data (subscriptions, contest entries, email opens/clicks); internet/network activity (pages viewed, ad interactions); inferences (interest segments); and information you submit in forms.
- Purposes: operate the Services; send email where permitted; administer contests; analytics; personalized advertising; sale/share/license of personal information for advertising and commercial partners as described below; security; legal compliance.
- Sold / shared: Yes — identifiers, internet activity, commercial/engagement data, and inferences may be sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising and related commercial uses (see Section 5).
- Sensitive personal information: We do not intentionally collect government ID numbers, precise geolocation, or similar sensitive PI for the Services. If you voluntarily submit sensitive information, contact us.

Collection points (newsletter signup, contest entry) should also show a short notice and link to this Policy. Contest entry uses for email enrollment or partner marketing apply only where disclosed on the entry experience / Official Rules.

You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based (CMP controls, unsubscribe links, or email privacy@attnholdings.com). Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
5. Sale, sharing, and disclosure
5.1 Commercial use (important)
We operate advertising-supported media properties. We do sell, share, license, and otherwise disclose personal information and related data to third parties for commercial purposes—including cross-context behavioral advertising, audience matching, measurement, and partner marketing—where permitted by applicable law.
We do not promise that we “never sell” your data. To opt out, use Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share.
5.2 Other disclosures
We may disclose information to service providers under contract; to affiliates; in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets; or when we believe disclosure is required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
6. Cookies, consent, and interest-based advertising
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies for site function, analytics, fraud prevention, and advertising (including personalized ads).
Where required (including GDPR/TCF and US state consent rules), we use a consent management platform (including Ezoic Gatekeeper / TCF 2.x CMP on applicable pages). You can reopen preferences via Your Privacy Choices in the footer or Section 8. Blocking cookies may limit site features and will not eliminate all ads.

8. Do Not Sell or Share — US state privacy rights
If you are a resident of California or another US state with similar privacy laws, and those laws apply to us, you may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, limit sensitive PI use (where applicable), and non-discrimination for exercising rights.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out of sale/share for that browser context to the extent the CMP and ad stack support it.
Authorized agents may submit requests as permitted by law; we may require verification. We aim to respond to verifiable consumer requests within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 45 days, extendable where permitted).
9. Contests and giveaways
Contest landings (including on `contests.thebacklabel.com`) collect entry information through our pages and/or embedded contest providers (e.g., DojoMojo). Official Rules for each promotion govern eligibility and prize fulfillment. No purchase is necessary to enter or win unless Official Rules expressly state otherwise.
Entry data may be used for contest administration; email enrollment and partner marketing only where disclosed at entry / in Official Rules; analytics; and the advertising/commercial uses described in this Policy. If an entry form does not disclose a use, do not assume that use is authorized by entry alone—contact privacy@attnholdings.com.
10. Email
If you subscribe or otherwise provide an email address, we process it to send the newsletter and related messages consistent with CAN-SPAM and similar laws (accurate headers, non-deceptive subjects, working unsubscribe). You may unsubscribe via the link in our emails. Transactional or contest-related messages may still be sent when appropriate.
11. Retention
We retain personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, then delete or de-identify it. Typical criteria (internal schedules may refine these):

12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
13. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the applicable threshold). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe we have collected such information.
14. International transfers (including GDPR / UK GDPR)
We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from the EEA, UK, or elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.

15. Additional rights (EEA / UK and elsewhere)
Where GDPR/UK GDPR or other laws apply, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, portability, object (including to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing), and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for example, your local EU DPA or the UK ICO).

16. Changes
