Ingredients
2 cups warm water (about 95F)
2 teaspoons yeast
2 teaspoons salt
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for rolling
2 ounces cashew Alfredo
1 ounce roasted garlic
2 cups sauteed spinach
1/3 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/3 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 pieces Lightlife Fakin' Bacon Tempeh Strips, chopped
1/3 cup vegan parmesan
Instructions
Combine warm water, yeast, and salt in a bowl and let bloom for about 3 minutes.
Place yeast mixture in a stand mixer with dough hook, add flour, and mix on low for 45 seconds.
Transfer to a floured surface and knead until dough comes together.
Move dough to a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and rest while preparing toppings.
Preheat oven to 350F and roll dough to desired shape on parchment.
Transfer to a sheet pan, spread cashew alfredo, and add toppings evenly.
Sprinkle vegan parmesan across the surface.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes until crust is golden and topping is heated through.
