INGREDIENTS
¼ cup dry white wine
¾ cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon Dijojon mustard
1 pinch coarse salt

INSTRUCTIONS
ADD wine to a saucepan and cook, stirring until wine is reduced by half.

ADD cream once reduced and cook until sauce coats the back of a spoon.

STIR in mustard and season with salt.
