Ingredients
1 1/4 oz Hendrick's Gin
1/4 oz Aperol
1/2 oz white peach purée
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Dry Rosé (to finish)
Basil (to garnish)
Step By Step
1️⃣ Muddle
MUDDLE 3 basil leaves.
2️⃣ Add
ADD gin, Aperol, peach purée, lemon juice, simple syrup and muddled basil leaves to a cocktail shaker.
3️⃣ Shake
SHAKE and strain into an ice-filled glass.
4️⃣ Finish
FINISH with dry rosé.
5️⃣ Garnish
GARNISH with basil.
