👨‍🍳🧑‍🍳 Happy Tuesday, Chefs!

Summer produce is having a moment right now, and we're leaning all the way in.

Today’s recipe is less about cooking and more about assembling a board that feels like a long afternoon with good friends and a chilled bottle of wine. Sweet peaches, juicy heirloom tomatoes, creamy burrata, and ribbons of prosciutto come together in the kind of effortless spread that disappears faster than you'd expect.

🧀 Fun Fact: Burrata was invented in southern Italy as a delicious way to use leftover mozzarella scraps. Its creamy center remains one of cheese's happiest accidents. 🍷

Ingredients

CHEESE
Burrata (4 balls/2 containers for the large board or 2 balls/1 container for the smaller board)

PRODUCE
Peaches
Heirloom Tomatoes
Cherries

MEAT
Prosciutto

ACCOUTREMENTS
Basil
Mint
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

Step By Step

1️⃣ Prep The Produce

Slice the heirloom tomatoes into even quarters, then toss with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Cut the peaches into similar-sized quarters so everything feels balanced on the board.

Pit and halve the cherries, then set aside.

2️⃣ Build The Base

Arrange the tomatoes along the bottom of your serving board.

Fan the peaches across the top, creating a colorful frame for everything else to come.

3️⃣ Add The Burrata

Place four burrata balls in two neat rows down the center of the board.

Gently slice each burrata open right on the board, letting that creamy center spill out while keeping some of the mozzarella shell intact.

Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a generous pinch of salt and pepper.

4️⃣ Layer The Prosciutto

Cut the prosciutto slices in half crosswise to make serving easier.

Tuck one end of each slice onto the board and allow the rest to softly ripple and fold, creating elegant ribbons between the burrata and fruit.

5️⃣ Finish & Serve

Scatter the basil over the tomatoes and the mint over the peaches.

Nestle the cherries throughout the board, pour a glass of something chilled, and let summer do the rest. 🍷
