Ashely Ginsberg

Pastry Chef Ashley Ginsberg runs the boulangerie that creates daily homemade pastries, croissants, two kinds of baguettes for bahn mi sandwiches, rotating macaron flavors, bouchons, caneles, and more. Elizabeth Street Café’s food is a collaboration between owners/chef Larry McGuire and Tom Moorman as well as MMH Executive Chef Jedd Adair. The Vietnamese cuisine includes signature dishes such as: Rice Paper & Vermacelli Spring Rolls; Niman Ranch Pork Belly Steamed Buns; Banh Mi’s with a choice of Spicy Pork Meatballs, Flank Steak, Short Rib, Chicken Thigh, Fried Chicken; Pho soup with options of Beef, Pork, Fish, or Vegetable Broth; Singapore Noodles, and Sesame Ahi Tuna Poké.
