Jason Hedges

Jason Hedges is a New York based wine and spirits professional. After previously working as a sommelier and spirits specialist at Gotham Bar and Grill, he now heads up the bar program there; he is also a partner at Bar IQ, a full service consulting firm providing beverage solutions for the bar and restaurant industry. Additionally, he teaches a course at the International Culinary Center on wine, beer, distilled spirits and mixology and is a judge on the Ultimate Beverage Challenge’s wine panel; he also sits on the tasting panel for Wine and Spirits Magazine. Jason is a Court of Master Sommelier’s Certified Sommelier, and has also successfully completed the coveted Beverage Alcohol Resource’s intensive course and is certified with distinction.
