Ingredients

  1. 1 loaf ciabatta bread

  2. 1 stick (½ cup) butter, softened

  3. ½ tsp kosher salt

  4. ¼ tsp black pepper

  5. 3 cloves garlic, minced

  6. ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  7. 1 tbsp fresh thyme

  8. ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Step By Step

1️⃣ Preheat The Oven
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2️⃣ Make The Garlic Butter
  1. In a bowl, combine the softened butter, kosher salt, black pepper, minced garlic, Parmesan, thyme, and parsley. Mash everything together with a fork until thoroughly combined.

3️⃣ Slice The Ciabatta
  1. Cut the ciabatta into slices, being careful not to cut all the way through the bottom. Make one long horizontal cut along the length of the loaf, again leaving the bottom intact.

4️⃣ Stuff It With Goodness
  1. Using a butter knife, generously spread the cheesy garlic butter mixture into all the cuts. Make sure every slice gets its fair share.

5️⃣ Bake Until Buttery
  1. Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.

6️⃣ Get It Golden & Crispy
  1. Remove the foil and return the ciabatta to the oven for another 10 minutes, or until the bread is beautifully golden and crunchy.

Serve warm and pull apart. Good luck stopping at one slice.
