Camilo Trujillo

Camilo began his bartending career in 2013 after moving to South Beach, Miami. He learned from some of the best bar men in the industry: Julio Cabrerra, John Lermayer and Nick Nistico while opening the Gale hotel. After bartending at Dolce Italian, the winner of Bravo's Best New Restaurant, he began a new project opening up the oceanside "Regent Cocktail Club" in Montauk, NY.
