Tomas Curi

Tomas Curi was formerly the executive chef of Corsino in New York City. After spending some time working in Homeland Security Curi quickly realized that he did not feel the work he was doing was fulfilling enough. Curi gave up his job and moved to Florence, Italy where he started his culinary education at Apicius International School of Hospitality. Curi eventually moved to NYC where he spent time working in many great Italian restaurants. He continues now to develop his passion for Italian cooking.
