🧀 Fun Fact: Feta's popularity in America exploded during the Mediterranean food boom of the 1980s and '90s, bringing tangy Greek flavor to home kitchens.

Ingredients

1 block Athenos Feta cheese, cut into cubes
1 cup green pitted olives
GRAZA olive oil, for driz
Red crushed chili flakes
Flaky salt
Fresh lemon juice

Step By Step

1️⃣ Cube The Feta
Cut the feta into even, bite-sized cubes. Precision isn't mandatory, but consistency makes for a prettier plate.

2️⃣ Build The Board
Arrange the feta and olives on a serving plate in an alternating checkerboard pattern. A little order goes a long way here.

3️⃣ Dress Generously
Drizzle everything liberally with good olive oil. This is not the moment for restraint.

4️⃣ Add A Little Heat
Sprinkle over crushed chili flakes and a pinch of flaky garlic salt, allowing both to settle into the olive oil.

5️⃣ Finish Bright
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top just before serving.

6️⃣ Serve Immediately
Bring it to the table while the feta is cool, the lemon is vibrant, and the olive oil is still glistening. Simple ingredients. Maximum reward.
