Sauce Au Poivre
Ingredients
- ¼ cup dry white wine
 - ¾ cup heavy cream
 - ½ teaspoon Dijojon mustard
 - 1 pinch coarse salt
 
Wine Pairing
- White Blend
 
Instructions
- ADD wine to a saucepan and cook, stirring until wine is reduced by half.
 - ADD cream once reduced and cook until sauce coats the back of a spoon.
 - STIR in mustard and season with salt.
