Although the days of sipping sangria poolside are no longer with us, that doesn’t mean you can’t still indulge in something a little festive. Whip up this seasonal take on a summer classic, with a little bubbly to boot.
Apple Cider Sangria
1 bottle cava (or sparkling wine)
2 cups apple cider
½ cup ginger brandy
2 apples, sliced
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher or punch bowl. Stir well. Serve over ice.
