6 Wine-Friendly Happy Hour Spots in Fort Myers (For Paula!)

Did you know that Thomas Edison and Henry Ford both had winter homes in Fort Myers, Florida, and it’s also boasts one of the country’s most romantic beaches, Captiva Island. However, even more spectacular than any of this, Fort Myers is home to one of the coolest, most badass wine drinkers in the entire universe: Paula M.!

So this post is for Paula. We hope these wine-friendly happy hour spots are as awesome as you!

Twisted Vine Bistro

While their Yelp reviews are a mixed bag, there’s no denying their happy hour. With $4 house wine and FREE tapas plate, Twisted Vine is worth a looksee.

Naples Flatbread & Wine Bar

This little gem is hidden inside Miromar Outlet Mall and offers half-priced glasses of wine from 4 to 7.

Cru Food & Wine

Tucked away in the Bell Tower Shops, Cru’s happy hour specials are 2 for 1 appetizers, $5 glasses of red, and $4 whites.

The Wine Loft of Naples

From 3 to 6, The Wine Loft offers $5 wines, $5 mixed drinks, $5 flatbreads, and $5 cheese plates. Do we detect a theme here?

Blue Martini

Dance club by night but happy hour powerhouse by day, this sleek joint has ½ off all drinks and ½ off appetizers from 4 to 8, live bands, and a respectable wine list.

Sasse’s

While Sasse’s doesn’t have an actual bar, they do have one of the best wine lists we’ve seen in all of Fort Myers, and when you throw in Chef Josef Zimmermann’s culinary masterpieces, you really won’t care there’s not a traditional happy hour.
