Wrapping Up Our Pool Party Week…
👨🍳🧑🍳 Happy Sunday, Chefs!
As we wrap up our week celebrating the great American pool party, we're ending with a recipe that understands the assignment.
Soft Hawaiian rolls stuffed with creamy ranch chicken, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar create the kind of crowd-pleasing sliders that disappear almost as quickly as they're set down on the table.
But no proper pool party survives on sandwiches alone.
We've also got a Feta & Olive Checkerboard for the snack table and Paloma Jello Shots for the cooler. Because every great gathering needs a little something to scoop and a little something to sip.

Cheers,

🍔✨ Fun Fact: Sliders gained popularity at American diners in the 1940s and '50s, proving that bite-sized sandwiches often deliver outsized satisfaction.
Ingredients
12 hawaiian rolls
4 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix, (1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning)
3 cups shredded chicken
4 ounces bacon, cooked to crispy
1 cup cheddar cheese
For the glaze
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Step By Step
1️⃣ Heat The Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F and grab a casserole dish large enough to hold the slider rolls snugly.
2️⃣ Make The Filling
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning. Stir in the shredded chicken, crispy bacon crumbles, and cheddar cheese until everything is evenly coated.
3️⃣ Build The Sliders
Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in the casserole dish, spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls, then crown everything with the top half.
4️⃣ Create The Butter Topping
In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the garlic powder and salt until fully combined.
5️⃣ Brush & Finish
Using a pastry brush, generously coat the tops of the rolls with the garlic butter mixture.
6️⃣ Bake Until Golden
Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the filling is hot and bubbling throughout.
7️⃣ Serve Warm
Bring them straight to the table while the rolls are still soft, the cheese is melted, and the bacon is doing its best work. Perfect for game days, cookouts, and hungry crowds.
