This re-imagined Paloma Brava tastes like a summer daydream on a winter’s night. It’s made with Santera Reposado Tequila and packs some serious heat with muddled serrano peppers. Shake some up at your next dinner party/tailgate/Tuesday night for an all-around crowd pleaser.
Paloma Brava
Ingredients
- 2 oz Santera Reposado Tequila
 - ½ oz fresh lime juice
 - 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
 - ½ oz ginger liqueur
 - fresh mint leaves
 - Serrano peppers , chopped
 - chili salt , for garnish
 - grapefruit , sliced for garnish
 
Instructions
- ADD all ingredients to a cocktail shaker over ice.
 - SHAKE well.
 - RIM a rocks glass with chili salt and fill with fresh ice.
 - STRAIN ingredients over ice.
 - GARNISH with a slice of fresh grapefruit.
