The Perfect Aperol Spritz

Last month we sat down with Naren Young. He’s the cocktail mastermind, co-owner and bar director over at the all-day Italian café (and aperitivo heaven) Dante.

We talked drinking Italian style, the beauty of aperitivo hour and even managed to get our hands on some of Naren’s ridiculously good Italian cocktail recipes. See below and turn your happy hour into a much happier hour(s).


The Aperol Spritz

1) Start with 2 oz. of Aperol
2) Pour into a large wine glass over ice
3) Add 3 oz. Perrier
4) Add 2 oz. Prosecco
5) Stir and garnish with an orange wedge and a green olive
