This re-imagined Paloma Brava tastes like a summer daydream on a winter’s night. It’s made with Santera Reposado Tequila and packs some serious heat with muddled serrano peppers. Shake some up at your next dinner party/tailgate/Tuesday night for an all-around crowd pleaser.
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz ginger liqueur
Serrano peppers, chopped
chili salt, for garnish
grapefruit , sliced for garnish
ADD all ingredients to a cocktail shaker over ice.
RIM a rocks glass with chili salt and fill with fresh ice.
STRAIN ingredients over ice.
GARNISH with a slice of fresh grapefruit.
